***PLEASE only sign up for one first day orientation shift. After your orientation, you will be able to sign up for regular shifts.***
The first shift is typically an abbreviated shift, 2 hours instead of the standard 4 hours. During the shift, you will be given a tour, be introduced to staff members, learn about store operations, and get hands on experience with basic volunteer tasks.
We encourage you to share your interests and talents with us during this introductory shift so we can help pair you with appropriate tasks and teammates for your future shifts.
Please come prepared to be on your feet for the duration of the shift. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that are comfortable (most folks wear jeans and a t-shirts/sweatshirt).
